Conference Hall 1

The largest hall in the Renewal Conference Centre is on two levels, the first has a maximum capacity of 240 seats, and the gallery up to 110 seats. The hall has an amphitheatre layout equipped with high-end sound and lighting equipment, which makes it suitable for conferences, seminars, concerts, wedding ceremonies and more.

For your presentations there are two multimedia projectors with excellent brightness and resolution and two static screens located on both sides of the stage. At your request a third screen 7m by 4m can also be installed.

The hall can be arranged in a theatre style or as a seminar room with round tables. The two levels of the hall have extensive foyers where you can place your promotional materials. In addition, you could use a compact but bright and spacious room on the first level of Conference Hall 1.

Technical equipment:

High-end modern sound system with wireless microphones for the speakers;
Two high resolution multimedia projectors; Hiring a third projector is an additional option.
A video mixer that lets you broadcast three different and independent video signals to each of the projectors;
Stage feedback screen on the back of the conference hall for the convenience of speakers;
Two translation booths for simultaneous real-time translation;
Two camcorders for video recording your event;
High speed optical internet connection for broadcasting in internet.

Conference Hall 2

Our smaller conference hall on level 3 has a maximum capacity of up to 110 seats. The hall can be arranged theatrically, as a seminar room with round tables, as a business meeting layout or a combination of arrangements at different points in the hall, depending on your requirements.
